What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, but we will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with the completed project. Partial refunds MAY be considered depending on the project and the nature of the request.
Can I have as much time as I want to review the documents?
The project timeline depends on the client. However, if TPC sends your documents for review and there is no feedback given within four weeks and after two reminder emails, the project will be considered closed.
Can you work with my VA, spouse, etc.?
Coaching sessions are to be conducted with the client and the client alone. All projects will be completed with the client’s contribution and theirs alone. Any project that is delegated to a virtual assistant, spouse, recruiter, etc. will be closed and no refund will be provided. We work to understand your experience, not someone else’s interpretation of it.
What are the payment rules?
Payment is expected prior to starting the project or coaching session. Payment plans can be discussed depending on your needs and the package being purchased.

How many revisions do I get?
Top Prospect Careers will provide you with as many revisions as needed during the project, unless the revisions fall outside of the scope of the project (requesting revisions that tailor the document to a different industry than previously discussed). We will work to ensure your final project meets your exact needs, specifications, and desires.
Can my order be rushed?
Yes, we provide rushed orders for a fee.
Do you any offer guarantees?
100% of our clients have landed interviews! But no, we can’t guarantee this as there are too many variables to consider.
Can you tailor my resume for specific jobs?
Yes. As often as we can, we work with clients to make sure there is a clear employment goal in mind. It’s always more optimal to have a focused and narrow resume as opposed to a generic, loosely oriented one.
What do you mean by Professional Support/Advice Until Job Offer is Received?
You will have unlimited email/LinkedIn messaging access to us. You can ask us questions about the job search process, your resume, interview advice, positions you’re interested in etc. until you land an offer.
